Introduction to valve connection end structure form
The valve end connection structure and size are very important for the installation and use of the valve. Improper selection may cause mismatch in size or connection structure during the installation process, resulting in failure to install. Therefore, when selecting valves, special attention should be paid to selecting the correct and appropriate connection end structure to ensure smooth installation of the valve.

Analysis of problems and faults of valve electric actuator
The special motor for the valve provided by the electrical assembly is a fully enclosed squirrel-cage structure, with short-term intermittent working (10min) self-cooling type. According to the requirements of GB 4942.1, the lower protection level is IP44 and the higher protection level is IP68. Depending on the operating conditions and environment of the valve, the required protection levels are also different. A low protection level will cause moisture or dust and other foreign matter to invade the inner cavity of the motor, and the insulation resistance of the motor will decrease, causing damage.

Relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve
Hydraulic valve is a component used to control liquid pressure, flow and direction in hydraulic transmission. Among them, pressure control valves alone include relief valves, pressure reducing valves, sequence valves, unloading valves, etc. This article shares the similarities and differences between the three types of pressure valves to help you quickly distinguish them.

What do the arrows on the valve mean? Don’t get it wrong again!
The direction of the arrow marked on the valve body indicates the pressure-bearing direction of the valve, which is generally used by engineering installation companies as a symbol of the flow direction of the medium. Incorrect installation may lead to leakage and even cause pipeline accidents;

How to convert PSI and MPa pressure units?
Psi and MPa conversion, psi is the pressure unit, defined as pounds per square inch, 145psi=1MPa , PSI is called Poundspersquareinch in English . P is pound , S is square , and I is inches . Convert all units to metric units and you can calculate: 1bar ≈ 14.5psi, 1psi=6.895kPa=0.06895bar European and American countries are accustomed to using psi as the unit .

Why are the valves set up like this?
This provision applies to the installation of gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and pressure reducing valves in petrochemical plants. The settings of check valves, safety valves, regulating valves, and traps are subject to relevant regulations. This provision does not apply to the installation of valves on underground water supply and drainage pipelines.

Valve Operation and Maintenance Manual
Manual valves are a type of valve commonly used in equipment and devices. They are operated by handles and handwheels. Generally speaking, clockwise rotation of the handle and handwheel is designated as the closing direction, and counterclockwise rotation is designated as the opening direction. However, the opening and closing direction of some valves is opposite to the above, so you should check the opening and closing signs before operation.
