  • DESCRIPTION

     

    Advantages of pneumatic fluorine lined ball valve:

    1. Using fluorine plastic sealing, it has extremely high chemical stability and can be used in any highly corrosive chemical media;
    2. Using a full-bore, floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage in the entire pressure range, which is more convenient Ball cleaning and pipeline maintenance of piping system;

    3. The ball of the opening and closing parts and the valve stem are cast (forged) as one body, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem impacting the pressure-bearing parts due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project;

    4. The structure is compact and reasonable, with the smallest cavity space in the valve body, reducing medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface dense, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination allows the valve to achieve zero leakage.

    Pneumatic fluorine lined ball valve installation instructions:

     

    1. Preparation before installation:

    (1) The pipelines before and after the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipes should be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges should be parallel. The pipeline should be able to bear the weight of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve in the pipeline, otherwise the pipeline must be equipped with appropriate supports.

    (2) Blow clean the pipelines before and after the fluorine-lined valve to remove oil stains, welding slag and all other impurities in the pipelines.

    (3) Check the signs of the pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve in the pipeline to make sure that the pneumatic ball valve in the pipeline is intact. Open and close the valve several times to verify that it is working properly.

    (4) Remove the protective parts on the connecting flanges at both ends of the pipeline pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve.

    (5) Check the valve hole to remove possible dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Even small particles of foreign matter between the valve seat and the ball may damage the valve seat sealing surface.

    2. Installation:

    (1) Install the valve into the pipeline. Either end of the valve can be mounted on the upstream end. The handle-driven fluorine-lined ball valve can be installed anywhere on the pipeline. However, pipeline pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valves with gearboxes or pneumatic drives should be installed upright, that is, installed on horizontal pipes, with the driving device above the pipe.

    (2) Install a sealing gasket between the valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.

    (3) The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, successively and evenly.

    (4) Connect the pneumatic pipeline (when using a pneumatic driver).

    3. Inspection after installation:

    (1) Operate the driver to open and close the pipeline pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve several times. It should be flexible and without hesitation to confirm that it is working normally.

    (2) Check the sealing performance of the flange joint surface between the pipeline and the pipeline pneumatic ball valve according to the pipeline design requirements.
