The difference between three-piece ball valve and one-piece and two-piece ball valve :
The one-piece ball valve is one-piece, with a plug holding the ball in place. It is an integral valve body and is often used in small-sized valves.
The two-piece ball valve is composed of two parts. The ball is clamped and fixed by the two valve bodies. Maintenance is relatively complicated. The tightness of the screw in the middle is very critical, which is related to the possibility of leakage.
The three-piece ball valve consists of two left and right valve bodies and a middle valve body, which are clamped by neck flanges on both sides. Its pressure is higher than that of the other two types of ball valves.
Under normal circumstances, inner wire ball valves are mostly one-piece or three-piece, while three-piece ball valves are generally precision cast valves, and two-piece ball valves are mostly used for flange valves.
