2. Selection of flow calibration column
The selection of the flow calibration column is determined based on the flow rate and calibration time requirements of the pump. For example, if the flow rate of the pump is 60L/h, and the customer needs to calibrate the flow rate for 0.5-1min, then the calculated flow rate per minute should be 60L÷60=1L, then you can choose to use a calibration column with a volume of 1L.
3. How to use the flow calibration column
When using, first inject the medium into the calibration column, and the liquid level of the medium should be consistent with the larger scale of the calibration column. Then close other inlet valves, open the valve between the calibration column and the pump, so that the pump only extracts the medium from the calibration column, then start the pump for timing, carefully check the volume of the liquid in the calibration column reduced within the specified time, and then compare it with the theoretical volume Compare the numbers, and then analyze whether the pump is accurately metered during operation based on the comparison, and then adjust the accuracy of the pump according to the situation.
