Air Pulse Damper
Keywords: metering pump accessories
Classification:
Air pulse damper
- DESCRIPTION
-
The air pulse damper is a sealed tank that relies on liquid to directly compress the air in the tank to achieve a buffering effect. The biggest drawback of air-type dampers is that the air inside will gradually dissolve into the conveying medium, resulting in less and less compressible air, and the buffering effect will also be reduced. The damper needs to be removed from the equipment regularly. Empty the media inside after disassembly to ensure the internal space, so maintenance during use is a little troublesome. However, its price is relatively low, so it is suitable for systems that do not have high buffering requirements.
Volume selection method: multiply the volume per stroke (ml) by 26 to get the minimum volume that can reduce the pulse by 90%.
