Air Bag Pulse Damper
Keywords: metering pump accessories
Classification:
Air bag pulse damper
- DESCRIPTION
-
The airbag pulse damper is characterized by high sensitivity, better pulse elimination effect, and the ability to withstand higher pressure (the airbag pulse damper produced by our company has a maximum pressure resistance of 31.5MPa). Its structure is to add an air tank to the air tank. The air bag is filled with gas at a certain pressure. In the pipeline, the liquid in the pipeline compresses the air bag, and the air bag contracts and then expands, thus achieving a buffering effect. Compared with the diaphragm type, the airbag pulse damper has higher sensitivity and better buffering effect. However, because the airbag material is generally rubber, its range of use is not as wide as the diaphragm type. The selection method is to pump each time Multiply the stroke volume number by 10 to get the minimum volume number that can reduce the pulse by 90%.
◆ Shell material: stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC
◆Air bag materials include: nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, (EPDM) ethylene propylene diene rubber, fluorine rubber
◆The material of the sealing ring is usually fluorine rubber or the same material as the air bag
◆The standard size of the pressure gauge is 60mm surface, M14*1.5 threaded head, and the connection size of the inflation valve is M14*1.5 external thread
◆Interface size can be processed according to requirements
◆The relevant dimensions are for reference only. If there is any change, the actual size shall prevail without further notice.
Low pressure stainless steel air bag pulse damper (pulsation damper)

PVC air bag type pulse damper (pulsation damper)

High-pressure air bag pulse damper (pulsation damper)

Remarks: The standard interfaces of high-pressure airbag dampers are all metric threads. They can be equipped with conversion joints as required, and can be converted into threaded, welded, flanged, etc.
