Features of self-operated nitrogen sealing valve:
The self-operated nitrogen sealing valve has the characteristics of energy saving, sensitive action, reliable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, etc., and is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries. The self-operated nitrogen sealing valve does not require external energy and can be adjusted using the pipeline's own pressure. It can work in no-power and gas-free situations, which is convenient, saves energy and reduces costs.
Self-operated nitrogen sealing valve parameters:
Working principle of self-operated nitrogen sealing valve:When the pressure in the storage tank rises to the set pressure, the quick relief valve opens quickly to release excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the storage tank of the micro-pressure regulating valve decreases, open the valve and fill the tank with nitrogen. Because the micro-pressure regulating valve must be used at a pressure below 0.1Mpa and the on-site pressure is high, the ZZYP pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to less than 0.1Mpa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1Mpa. The pressure can be set in sections, from 0.5Kpa to less than 66 Kpa. The medium temperature is ≤80℃.
The structure of the self-operated nitrogen sealing valve is as follows:
