  Analyze the types of pulse dampers. Pulse dampers mainly include diaphragm type, air bag type, and air tank type. The diaphragm type is the most effective, followed by the air bag type, and the air tank type is the worst.

  When our customers come to purchase damper housings, we first make a rough judgment based on the material and operating pressure. Generally, if the working pressure exceeds 5Mpa and the damper housing volume exceeds 0.6L, we will choose high-pressure air bag type or high-pressure air type for customers.

 

 

  The metering pump in operation is a mechanical diaphragm type with a small flow rate and low pressure. During the installation process, an air tank type pulse damper was used. When initially running, the pipeline pulse elimination effect was very good, but after a period of time, The pipeline pulse is obviously generated, so why is this?

 

  So why is there still a pipeline pulse after running the air tank type for a period of time?

  The gas in the air damper is gradually dissolved by the pressure of the medium, resulting in less and less compressible gas, and the buffering effect will become worse.

  The first two types of pulse dampers are inflated before operation, which means that there is always air in the damper housing during operation. The air tank type has air initially, but after a period of time, There is no air inside, which is the reason for the pipeline pulse. So how to solve it? There is a screw on the upper end of the air tank damper housing. Unscrew the screw and put in a little air, and the working effect will be achieved again.
